VR Solution input for a novice, looking to buy a VR solution Options

Hello,

I am looking to purchase VR software for a project. I have following requirements for the software/hardware solution.

Training through pre-recorded voice files (and not live training by the speaker)
i.e. if training is required

Very good quality of transcribed files

Only English will be used for the project

Ideally - speaker recognition (but not a must)

I dont know much abut VR solutions and would greatly appreciate any input.
