I am a disabled student and currently own Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred 8 but will soon be upgrading to 9. I am looking to puchase a digital voice recorder to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking to record lectures and transcribe to notes (I am aware of what needs to be done with the software) I have gone through a number of sites including this one and have no idea which recorder would suit my needs. I am looking for a recorder that can pick up a teacher giving a lecture in a normal size classroom (fits 20-30 students). Also it would need 12 hours of recording time as there is one day where I am in class from 10-10. I don't really need anything fancy such as having a megapixal camera. HELP PLEASE! I have no idea how to determine which would best suit my needs. I don't really care what brand either just something that gets the job done! Charlie - New York |
