Is there a keyboard shortcut (which I can then use by voice, by preceding it by: Press) for opening attachments to messages in Outlook Express 6?

As step by step is slower than advanced, you will see each pressing of the tab key. So, if you name your macro, say, 'tab right 4' (your choice, of what you want it to be- easier for you to remember), it will press the tab key 4 times, and probably work faster than saying 'press tab' 4 times. |
