Issue: I have a Plantronics CS50-USB wireless headset system. I want to use one headset with multiple bases, is that possible?
Resolution: Yes, this is possible. You will need to pair the two devices. Below are instructions which will guide you on how to pair a Plantronics CS-50 USB Wireless Microphone Headset with multiple bases. 1. Place the headset on the base unit. 2. With a paper clip, insert it behind the base unit in the little hole for 5 seconds (Until the indicator light flashes). 3. Then do a reset on the headset by holding down on the mute switch until the status indicator is fully illuminated. -------------------- Josh
