Issue: I am unable to use Select-and-Say and Command-and-Control features with certain proprietary applications.

Resolution:

The following method will allow Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 8 Dictation and Select-and-Say features in any application.

1. Open the application window
2. Place the cursor were you would like to begin dictation.
3. Say "Show Dictation Box"



4. Dictate text, make corrections, use Select-and-Say features.
5. When you have completed the patient's say "OK" or "click OK"
6. The text will be transferred to the location you placed the cursor.
