I want to know about software for using IVR ie intelligent voice recognition. i would also like to know how to use it.

Unless the form was built electronically using Select and Say programming, the best bet is NaturallySpeaking Professional. You then build/write macros to move the insertion point/cursor to the desired box and then dictate text, click checkboxes, select from dropdown menus, etc. John |

There are no trial versions. There are a number of sites on the web, the home page for this site included, that have a lot of information on voice recognition software. The main site for Dragon products is: http://www.dragonsys.com/index.html Do a search and you will find more information than you can assimilate! John |
