Who is
21st Century Eloquence? |
21st Century Eloquence is a
Value Added Reseller (VAR) of voice recognition
products. We offer the largest library of
information on voice recognition products and
technology anywhere on the Internet. Our company
was founded in 1994 (still during the infancy of
voice recognition technology), and made its
appearance on the Internet shortly thereafter. Our slogan is: "Where
typing is so 20th Century".

We offer many voice recognition
systems with various functions in order to
satisfy the needs of all customers, regardless of
their application. We have established
relationships with major voice recognition and
technology product vendors including Dragon
Systems, Lernout & Hauspie, (the purchaser of
Kurzweil AI),and Philips, and proudly offer the
products of these manufacturers as well as others
to our customers. Additionally, we have
successfully sold, installed, trained, and
supported over a three thousand users' systems,
and continue to do so. |

Our Support |
We stand behind all the products
that we sell, both with service and support. In
the event that you require telephone support, our
support desk is open from 9am - 5pm, Monday -
Friday, Eastern Time. This, of course, is in
addition to the telephone support you receive
from the manufacturer. |

Refunds & Returns |
In the event that you receive a
defective product, or if it breaks during the
warranty period we will be happy to assist you in
obtaining a properly functioning replacement.
Since much of what we supply is software, and
since software is so easily able to be copied,
please understand that we are unable to offer
refunds on opened software. However, please look
at the why us
page for updates. Also, we will, refund your
purchase price, less a 15% re-stocking fee, for
unopened software returned in saleable condition
within 30 days of purchase. |

Payment Options |
We accept most major credit cards,
including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. We accept business and personal
checks; however, we reserve the right to wait
until a check has cleared prior to shipping any
product. We accept domestic Purchase Orders from
most governmental institutions, major educational
institutions, hospitals and Fortune 500
companies. |

Shipping |
We have most items in stock most of
the time. We attempt to ship all items ordered
prior to 1:00 PM on the same day. We offer
standard UPS ground shipping for free, for
Internet orders, within the continental United
States. We offer, for an extra charge, next day
air, second day air and overseas shipping. Since we are one of the largest
voice recognition dealers in the world, we have a
rapid turn-over and find that stocking most items
is much simpler for us than having them drop
shipped from the manufacturer. However, we do
occasionally have a 'run' on one particular item,
or you may want an unusual item, such as a
foreign language module that we don't stock. In
those instances there may be a 1 or 2 day delay.

Overseas Sales |
We offer overseas shipping for an
additional charge. Please note that in certain
instances for overseas sales your product will be
delivered to you directly from a local dealer. In
those instances we still offer the same telephone
support as for our own direct shipments. |

Eric S. Fishman, M.D., is the founder and managing
shareholder of Gold Coast Orthopedics, an eight
physician Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation
practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, established
in 1987. Ann Deborah Fishman, Esquire, is a member of the New York, New
Jersey, and Florida Bars. From 1990 through 1993,
Ms. Fishman was engaged as a practicing attorney
with the trial law practice of F. Lee Bailey in
the West Palm Beach firm of Bailey, Fishman,
Freeman, and Ferrin. She has been a practicing
lawyer in the area of corporate law since 1987.
